"Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling."

"Really bad approach road coupled with a taxi mafia of very high fare. Bring your own car or avoid."

"The hotel stay was comfortable, service was fantastic and the breakfast spread was awesome. Only issue are rooms on higher floor need a lot of effort to get to. For ppl with some physical discomfort, recommend take an appropriate room."

"DiParkr was very helpful at the front desk. He spoke great English and solved a couple of issues that other staff weren't able to fix. I was mortified to see at least 4 big fish in a tiny tank, though. The fish need either a much larger tank, or please take them to a sanctuary or somewhere where they have space to move around. "The hospitality is excellent. The staff are polite and cooperative and make you feel at home. The food was delicious. Infact every item we ordered was very tasty. Hats off to the chef. Well managed and clean property. The GM of the resort has a wonderful personality as well as kind helpful too. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others. We actually came here because some of our friends suggested this hotel. "
