Our wooden, seasonal holiday cottages RAJ- STAR-Bobolin (8 cottages in total) are located in the cosy, tourist village Bobolin near Dąbki on the Polish Baltic coast about 250m from a sandy, clean beach in the West Pomeranian region, about 25 km from Koszalin. To Darłowo and the harbour in Darłowo 7 km.
Cottages in a small, seaside, quiet village, situated 250m from the sandy, uncrowded beach. On the premises there is a playground, barbecue area and parking space.

Nice and tastefully furnished 3-bedroom wooden holiday houses ( 8 houses in total) with a living area of 42m2 (* half of the house) for 2 - 4 - 6 people (including children). Year of construction of the house complex 2017.
Distance to the beach only 250m.
Surrounded by a charming old sea park at a distance of only 200 - 250 m. from the beach we offer you 8 two-family and two-storey bungalows. Nearby, bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the area. ( mostly open in summer season). Access to the sandy beach is safe and without steps. The beach is not guarded.

Living room with a double sofa bed 135 x 190 cm, coffee table, TV (* Polish channels).
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, electric water heater. (towels not supplied).
Kitchenette with basic equipment, electric cooker with 2 plates, microwave, coffee machine (instant coffee with filter), basic dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery.
We also have cottages with air-conditioning in the living room (extra charge for air-conditioning applies).
SECOND LEVEL (upstairs)
One large bedroom with double bed ( 145 x 200 cm), wardrobe.
Second bedroom with 2 side-by-side beds 90 x 200 cm), dresser for clothes, bedside llama.

Maximum accommodation in one cottage is 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (including children) For a larger number of persons, groups of more than 6 persons (including children), it is necessary to calculate the price of two or more houses according to the number of persons accommodated in 1 house. The calculation of the price for 1 house for, for example, 7 or 9 or 12 persons is not correct.
We only rent out entire houses. 1 house for 2 to 6 persons.
We do not have houses for e.g. 10 persons. (Here we offer 2 x half houses for 2 persons).
For group accommodation, please specify the number of houses and the number of persons in each house, which must be calculated separately.

On a spacious , fenced property of 3700 m2 there are 8 two-family houses in total, 1 larger house of 72m2 (published in another ad on this portal) and 1 house , reception and owner. 17 parking spaces, only 1 parking space to 1 house. 2 large playgrounds, a makeshift court for volleyball or other games of spades. a separate barbecue area with large, covered tables (see photos of the object) Next to the barbecue area there is a fireplace (due to the proximity of the forest, the possibility of lighting a fire is very limited and depends on many weather factors and on the consent of the Fire Brigade).

WiFi is available on the premises. However, due to radio interference from nearby radar, WiFi signal reception is limited. Connection can only be achieved virtually on modern mobile phones with the 5G network existing in Poland.

Access to the beach via a paved footpath through the coastal forest is 200 - 250m from the cottage complex. The access to the beach itself is without stairs. The beach is not guarded.

Next to the village Bobolin in Dąbki (distance 800m) there are more restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds with merry-go-rounds, etc. In Dąbki there is a large lake Bukowo with water equipment rental, children's playground bars and an intimate beach full of birds. It is forbidden to use motor boats on this lake Bukowo, which means that by renting water equipment on the surface of the lake you will experience peace and quiet. In a nutshell, here you have two options at once: the sea and the lake with all its advantages.
In Bobolin there is a stud farm where you can rent horses for a ride. The route of a possible horse ride is defined in advance.
