A convenient base for exploring Dartmouth, the property boasts a bright homely environment, enhanced by a backdrop of whitewashed walls and ample natural light.. 12 steps to entrance.

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV

Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed, Z-Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. Please note: There is a flight of steps to reach the property.. A delightful detached cottage located in the centre of Dartmouth only a stones throw from the waterfront, restaurants and shops. The cottage, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated is well equipped and has views of the river and out to the castle and sea from the bedrooms.
