Exceptional accomodation and hosts

Warm welcome into exceptional accommodation with wondrous views over Dartmouth . A bottle a Prosecco to greet us and all minor problems solved . Absolutely the best place to stay in Dartmouth . An easy walk into town with loads of fun with the locals on the 90 bus back to our accommodation.

Superb property in excellent location

Immaculate and stylish property - actually looks better than the online photos. Everything has been carefully curated and thoughtfully presented. The wine, milk, scones, cream and jam were a delightful welcome. The balcony and living room window offer a superb view over the river and town and it is only a short walk down to the town centre. Quite steep so not for the fainthearted on the way up! It's a pretty town with great shops and the ferries were ideal so that we scarcely used the car once we were settled in. Great walks and scenery and lots of lovely places to visit. One of the best places we have stayed and we'll be back!

Great locations

Perfect apartment

The apartment was exactly as the photos - lovely styling, very relaxed, spotlessly clean. Hosts were very welcoming but it was totally private and great location for exploring Dartmouth and South Devon.

Short break in Dartmouth

The apartment was beautifully appointed and decorated with stunning views. We had a lovely 5 days, its a beautiful area and there is so much to do and enjoy. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Warm welcome from the hosts with cake, bottle of bubbly, milk and juice. An exceptionally clean apartment with very comfortable bedrooms and living room area. Everything you could need is provided. Don’t hesitate to book. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth

Great stay in a wonderful apartment! Had everything we needed, with lovely views and a good location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lots to see and do in the area. We especially enjoyed the river cruise to Totnes and back.

We booked the ApARTment as our Son is at BRNC and this was the prefect place for him to visit us and stay in order to get back in time. It is well design and has everything you could want. Simon was very helpful.

Highly recommended

Great location with lovely views from the balcony and the added bonus of a dedicated parking space right outside. A lovely apartment, exceptionally clean and beautifully presented,Simon and Theresa had thought of everything. We went into Dartmouth several times on the number 90 bus, the stop literally round the corner. Using both the upper and lower ferries we visited, Brixham, Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Torcross by car.

Great Getaway

Two bed-roomed apartment, with lovely lounge we great views. Bathroom with all the necessary's. Well equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Car parking space for one car. The apartment is 10 to 15 mins walk downhill into town. No steps or stairs to get into the apartment.

Excellent

We were delighted with our stay at the apARTment. On arrival there were treats in the fridge to get our holiday started, as well as fresh flowers, thoughtful finishing touches. Everything in the property is first class from the oven to the decor. I couldn’t recommend this ‘Home away from Home’ enough. We are already planning our next visit. See you 2021 Theresa and Simon.

Beautiful Dartmouth

What a great week! The weather was very mixed during our stay but we had a wonderful apartment to stay in when the weather wasn't good. The apartment was everything and more, the little touches of flowers, wine, juice etc were lovely. We stayed with our 2 boys and we all had a great time. We visited loads of places despite the weather and enjoyed crabbing, steam trains, river cruises and more. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations they were all very good. We would definitely stay in the apartment again and would love to return to Dartmouth, Teresa and Simon are the perfect hosts.

impressive /clean /comfy

Very well appointed apartment in a nice quiet location but near enough to everything you need during your holiday ! Stunning decor and well equipped we enjoyed our stay at the apartment everything was clean and tidy ! Bonus was the car parking space a rare thing in Dartmouth when staying in apartments most have you parking on public car parks ! We were greeted by the owner Simon and he showed us around the apartment very helpful and he added if we needed any info or ect just to ask them !

Beautiful location with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful week staying here. The apartment was beautiful. It was bright, spacious and airy with stunning, almost panoramic views over Dartmouth. The apartment was very stylish throughout with everything well cared for. There was also the added extra of having so much unique and quirky artwork in every room. The location was great. We parked the car at the apartment on the day we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. Pubs and shops were a 10 minute walk away and we were able to go for long walks each day by using the ferry and bus.

Most beautiful apartment ever

We enjoyed our stay at the apARTment in Dartmouth very much. It is the most beautiful and best equipped apartment we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The fig tarts were so delicious! Thanks a lot. The view from the balcony was just stunning. Furthermore, we were really lucky with the weather. Dartmouth is definitely worth a visit. We loved the apartment. So clean and bright with great views over Dartmouth

We spent a lovely week here in June. There is plenty to do nearby and it's a treat to leave the car and walk to shops and restaurants in Dartmouth. Simon and Theresa were both hospitable and helpful. It is clear they have spent a great deal of time and effort to make the apartment special with high quality fittings and finish. We would highly recommend friends and family to visit Dartmouth and the apartment.

Three Night Stay in Dartmouth - April 2018

Lovely clean, stylish and meticulously kept apartment. Simon and Theresa were very welcoming, friendly and informative hosts. Very convenient parking space next to entrance. Eight minutes' walk to the centre of Dartmouth. Lovely River Walks and particularly enjoyed the Street to Slapton Sands coastal walk. Would definitely return hopefully for a week next time!
