The managers went out of their way to assist with any enquires. We were delighted with the welcome gift of wine, chocolate, dip and biscuits. Large balcony at the front of the apartment was a fantastic spot to watch the world go by and enjoy an afternoon drink and nibbles. “The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……
