A quiet escape in the heart of Parap within walking distance to the famous Parap Saturday Markets, Mindall Markets, Museum and Art Gallery along with sunset dinning at numerous locations also. Welcome
Spend some time at the Parap pool or just sit in the treetops and read a good book enjoying the afternoon breeze.
The space:
You will walk into a treetop retreat that opens to the open-plan lounge and dining area. Have a BBQ out on the balcony or cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. There are plenty of eateries a walk away in the bustling Parap Shopping Precinct. 2 car space (1 undercover). The laundry is located in the unit for your convenience. Air conditioning in every room will ensure a pleasant night's sleep. All mod cons to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Good location near Parap shops and market. Near East Point Reserve and Bot gdns. Very comfortable unit with great ceiling fans and 3 air conditioning units and well appointed. Unit block was quiet and well kept, other residents helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, great unit!
4 day family stay with daughter. I was really impressed with James communication prior and during entry! Apartment lovely and we really appreciated the extra touches that many appartments miss that made our stay easier! Hopefully if I need to stay in Darwin long term it is available!

This honestly felt a little home away from home👌
The complex was quiet and secure and I felt very relaxed my whole stay.

Great apartment to stay
It was a great position to access all things NT, easy to get the bus to Darwin and Nightcliff.
Uber is quite affordable, we didn't find the need to hire a car as we used uber or buses everywhere we went.

Great location with an awesome coffee shop laneway coffee and bakery a short stroll in the morning. Parap tavern right next door with cheap twelve dollar jugs all weekend. Very central and only a ten dollar uber to the city or Mindal markets. Parap markets only a 5 minute walk.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about our stay. Excellent communication with the owner.
This is not a negative comment, would love to see an outdoors table and a couple of chairs on the balcony for the bigger, smoking, coffee loving visitors.
