"The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit requires a new payment -$30 with coupon, which should be clearly disclosed. Reception staff repeatedly advised that weekend parking would cost approximately $11 for 24 hours, and we confirmed this several times. However, when exiting without a coupon, we were charged approximately $36 including credit card surcharge. The day before, the displayed rate was around $46 before applying the $30 coupon. This indicates the $11 figure was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. In addition, the washing machine in the suite was not functioning. One of the main reasons for booking the suite was access to laundry facilities during relocation, so this was disappointing. Clear and accurate information regarding parking arrangements and ensuring in-room facilities are operational would significantly improve the guest "

"Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep.
