「It was either unoccupied for a long time, or not cleaned properly before our stay. There was sand on the patio table and the place appeared to have not been vacuumed. It had a stale smell, which we realized after a day or so that there was a terrible leak under the bathroom vanity any time you used the faucet. This caused our things we had stored under the sink to become saturated, including my makeup bag. The outlet in the hall did not work. The Internet and cable were terrible and...

「The room had a terrible mold and/or mildew smell. I spent over 100 on cleaning supplies and it did not fix the situation. When we contact the manager, we were told that all of the rooms smelled like that. This was a waste of my money and ruined my entire vacation. We left a day early because of the smell. We were sneezing nonstop. I have used VRBO numerous times with no issues. But now you’ve let me down. 」

「We stayed at Comfy Condo in Gulf Shores for a long holiday weekend. The condo is definitely on the cozy side, for a couple it is fine. Some cosmetic updates are needed but the location to the beach is great. Having the assigned parking right by the stairs is great. Felt safe and family friendly area. 」

However the bathroom off the master bedroom the floors was not clean. The hallway/breezeway leading to our condo was fenced off with very little room left for a walkway. The construction workers were not very receptive to us as we tried to walk to/from our room.
