「The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!」

「Floors were dirty. Hallway was the same. Did not look as if it had been vacuum in awhile. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.」

「This property does not allow outside visitors. In other words only the people renting the room are allowed to be at the property. This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here.」

「The pool was oily and needed cleaned the first night. Was better the second day. But the continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, when I went to check-in, I had booked 2 rooms. The lady at the desk was very short and abrupt.When she couldn't find my oh, the room reservation told me very short to just cancel that that it was through expedia.She couldn't help me. Her attitude changed when the expedia.Gentlemen on speakerphone told her to look under the other confirmation...

「This was just a quick getaway to visit family and we needed a place to lay our head. Hotel is in the middle of renovations so the halls were dirty. Loud banging the last day. Once renovations are completed I’m sure it will look much better.」

「Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return!」
