The Gulf of Mexico beach is located just across the street, and the sandy Bay beach is just out your back door. This well-designed home has 2 Master Bedrooms with King-size beds (both have walk-in showers, and also sliding doors to rear deck). The front-right bedroom (southeast) has 2 duo bunks, Twin over Full bunks. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a built-in bunk bed, with 2 Twins, in the alcove off the main living area. There is also a television located in each bedroom. The beautiful Kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, Shaker-style cabinets. a large island with seating for 6, and stainless steel appliances throughout. A double-walled oven, 36"" cook-top with hood-vent, and 2 refrigerators with ice-makers and dishwasher highlight this generous kitchen! Like all of our Dauphin Island vacation rentals, this fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay. Additional information: The dining area has a wood dining table 9'4"" can seat up to 12 comfortably. There is a large kitchen island with additional seating. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
