Fishing family loved this home.

As a fishing family this was a perfect location to fish off the dock or from the kayak. The house was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. The view was over canals and sand dunes and bird sanctuaries to the bridge. Great location and great home.

Family Vacation

This place was absolutely amazing and just enough space. It was myself, my daughter and my dad joined us. We had two dogs as well. This had the most beautiful sunset and sunrise views. Also all of the amenities were very new and clean. The kitchen appliances were really nice and had everything I needed in the kitchen. If you love to fish this is also the perfect location and I often walked to the beach across the street.

Quiet, clean and comfortable with stunning sunrises and sunsets!

Served as a perfect base for all of our adventures for the week. The slip worked well for our boat and the fish cleaning station was much appreciated. We used the kayaks at low tide to explore the salt marsh and collect a couple dozen mussels for a beautiful pasta lunch. Fishing at high tide from the dock worked well with a dozen live shrimp. And being able to bring our dogs along meant they could enjoy the quiet, peacefulness of the week with us. And we really appreciated Justin as a great host. Thank you. We will be back next year.

May 2024 Graduation Trip at the Tipsy Seagull

The Tipsy Seagull was a great place for us to stay celebrating our kid’s graduation with friends. It overlooks the Mississippi Sound and has its own pier. We had a lot of luck fishing from the pier. The provided kayaks were a nice addition to the visit, easy to launch from the pier. It is a beautiful home with lots of areas to relax whether inside or out. A lovely kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking essentials you could need. It’s a very spacious living plan. We ate all of our meals at the nice dining table and played many card games there. Again it was perfect for us, our friends and pets. We would definitely stay here again.
