“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t……

“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My……

“Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! ”

“Our family stayed here for our son's week in Cooperstown. The house and property were perfect. Ray was very responsive, allowed us to hook up a RV on the property and host a team dinner. The boys loved the game room and the yard space for wiffle ball. We are hoping to use this place again when we come in 2 years for our other son.”

“The hot tub was great, the property is beautiful! We loved our stay and if the weather was better we would have enjoyed using the deck and treehouse lounge. ”

“Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park”

“Lenny was very communicative and helpful especially when locating the property. The cabin was beautiful with nice views outside.”

“We had an excellent stay at Revi‘s cabin.Great communication before, during as well as after our stay. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained home. We used the fire pit, kayaks and even went fishing catching several bass. They have paddles and lifejackets provided for the kayaks. The only downside is that they do not have any cooking ingredients, such as oil, salt, pepper, and didnt have soap, shampoo - but we knew that beforehand and it was……

“There was a issue with the VRBO and getting the check in info but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us the information before we arrived at the property.”
