「Clean and comfortable. Good parking」

「We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.」

「Staff was very rude upon check-in and not friendly whatsoever.」

「Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. The pool and pool area were clean and a welcome sight after traveling all day long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast. The sausage links were soft and not appetizing to the eye, so we skipped the hot breakfast. Cereal and coffee were not what we really wanted, so that was a disappointment. The other thing was, using the laundry facility on property was a long walk and...

「For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.」

「The front desk staff was nice when we checked in. The hotel is in need of some updates and repairs. Our room was very dusty and not cleaned well. There was paper and hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. The carpet in the room did not seem like it had been vacuumed. It was fine for a one night stay but would not have wanted to stay longer than one night.」
