「The unit is overall good. Has a very industrial vibe being a loft. The rugs were old and a bit dirty. The unit needs a broom to sweep the floors. I dropped a glass and with having concrete floors it of course broke and I did not have a way to clean up the small pieces of glass. 」

The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. 「This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The location is perfect for getting just about anywhere in the QC. The fenced yard is perfect if you travel with a dog.That said, based on the reviews of others, I had higher hopes for the condition of the home. It was clean enough, though nowhere near spotless. The ivory carpet on the stairs and the second floor could really use a deep cleaning - it is quite dirty. The handle is broken off of the freezer drawer, so you have to grab the side...
