“The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”

“I would say it is exactly as advertised. It's a cozy carriage apartment. Very clean and comfortable to hang out in. We were looking around for some games and couldn't find any. We contacted Chris to see if we just weren't looking in the right spot. Within half an hour there were three bags of really fun games at the door. Not sure if we'll be heading back this way again if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“Great location with many restaurants/bars within walking distance. Clean and well stocked. The three bedrooms are spaced far enough apart from one another that there is plenty of privacy. The common areas have plenty of seating. We were in town for a wedding and only stayed for one night. We went away wishing we would have had a reason to stay longer.”
