We stayed on a very busy weekend. Even though there were a lot of guests, the staff worked very hard to keep the breakfast bar well stocked. Check-in/ check-out was easy. Overall the staff was very very kind.

This is a lovely house. The owner responded quickly. It is on the outskirts of Lincoln in a quiet, nice neighborhood. If you have any trouble with stairs this might be for you. I highly recommend it if you can do stairs.
