“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean. What is with these hotels that think beds need to be 5 foot off the floor. I am only 5 foot tall, so had to use the stool to get on to the bed. Needless to say, it was not an idea situation. They need to add support bars in the tub for older citizens.”

“The hotel itself was under construction on one wing. Not that big of deal. I checked in early, which was nice. My room wasn't bad, I thought the bathroom was strange as it appeared to be a handicap bathroom, no bathtub all tile floor, again, odd but not that big of a deal. I wasn't a fan of the ROKU tv just because I wanted to watch some local stuff at times, but again, I dealt with it. I was in this hotel for 4 nights,, not once did I have anyone show up to clean the room, I had to find……

“This box said to say what I like. I liked leaving. The man that checked me in was friendly. The Bad. My room wasn't properly cleaned. The toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week, yellow dried on drops around the edges. The sheets were questionable. There was old food in the small refrigerator that I threw out. The wall has some weird holes, maybe leftover from an old ventilation system. The heater wouldn't heat. My room was right at the lobby and they had music……

“Do not stay here. They provided no soap, shampoo or ice. There was no water pressure at all beyond a trickle so it wouldn't have been possible to take a shower anyway. Internet failed when I was trying to join a zoom for my business. There are signs all over threatening guests with things like "if you use more than three creamers, you will be forbidden to use the coffee machine again," which was a joke because the coffee machine (I mean in the "office," because they offered no coffee in the……

“Loud ass neighbors smoking drugs and being loud until after 1:30 in the morning on porch, despite most multiple calls to the front desk. Some dilapidated vehicles made it seem like people live there long-term which is fine but they should still respect the people that are only getting 2 hours of sleep already that our guests in the room down the hall. I don't know if the water heater for the whole place is in our room, but it kept turning on every few minutes and it was extremely loud”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but……
