One mile from a public boat launch (which is at the Lake Norman Motel), big new Publix right around the corner, and several other businesses and restaurants. The house is spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. The fire pit, dock, and deck are great. The owners of the property are extremely responsive and helpful. 「We went to the lake with our whole family, 4 households in total. We had the best time of our lives. The house is everything it’s advertised, super clean, comfy and lots of room. The beach and dock area is where we spent most of our time and is so private and fun! We rented a boat which was a must and spent hours boating and tubing.
