“Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected. The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and……

“We’ve stayed at this property before and the house itself is a fine space. What brought this stay down to 3 stars was an interaction with the host around early check-in. We agreed to 2.5 hours early for 85. After we accepted, the time was changed to 2 hours early with no adjustment to the price. When we raised it, the host declined to prorate. As repeat guests, this left us feeling like the communication wasn’t fully straightforward. Hosts are absolutely entitled to set their own pricing, but we’d……

“Perfect for our needs”

“Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise”

“The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.”

“Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.”

“No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.”

“Good”

“All good!”

“Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.”

“We had a room with a living room and kitchen which was very nice. 2 comfy queen size beds. Blackout shades and quiet. We will stay there again on our way back home.”
