“Great little place with all that you’ll need for your stay. Roomy enough for my husband and two kiddos. Super convenient spot. Will be staying again in the future! ”

“There was water damage on the walls of both bathrooms and the carpet was worn through in one place. No effort was made to place young children on lower floors as we had running and jumping feet in the room above us for the entire stay. ”

“We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from……

“The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm……

“At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming. ”

“This was our second time staying here. It’s the perfect location close to elevator, ski locker, rentals, close to the adult pool and one of the outdoor heated pool/spa. We always enjoy our stay and during Christmas with the Christmas trees lit outside you can see from the balcony. We didn’t have great snow this year at Park City but still had a great time and even ventured off to Brighton which we loveddddd! ”
