“This cottage is on a quiet street. The space was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were thoroughly stocked with supplies during our stay. One of the few rentals around that showed parking space which was great as we knew beforehand our larger vehicle would fit in driveway in addition to having street parking if needed. For us, it is in a convenient location on the south side of SLC to get to downtown and campuses as well as recreational activities. Definitely will be looking to……

“So comfortable and accommodating for a large family with married children. The room situation is excellent. They had a large dining table for eating. The back deck with the barbecue was fun. The community center with the pool was a great amenity. We saw wild turkeys and deer right outside the back yard. It was marvelous”

“There were dead cockroaches on the floor as well as hair, both human and dog, on the beds. Also the front door would not close unless you used the deadbolt because there was no plate on the frame side of the door. Also there was a 2 inch gap on the door as well.”
