「All was as advertised. Jamie is an excellent host. We had everything we needed within walking distance. And the snow we ordered came right on schedule.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bar W Lodge. It was very last minute and the host was so prepared to receive us. Spacious gathering area, kitchen had everything with lots of room to move around as we made food for our group of 70, rooms were clean with comfy beds and we slept A LOT of people in them. The cabins are cozy and cute. Nice big lawn area for playing yard games. We want to make this our "Spot" for reunions. Two reservoirs within 30 minutes for boating, swimming, paddle...

「Spencer was a great host. Extremely responsive. House super spacious and comfortable. The location was great, 10ish mins to a nice grocery store, under 10 mins to the reservoir beaches and old Monestary which is now a really cute farmers market. Would stay again! 」

「Our family members felt Big Bear Lodge was the best one we have stayed in each Fall. The views were spectacular because this cabin was surrounded by a forest. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms each had little outdoor themes. We loved that there were 2 bedrooms on the main floor because one of the guests has MS.」

「We had a wonderful time at Lakeview Haven. So much to do at the house. Kids had a blast playing pickleball and basketball. Morning views with coffee were the favorite. Kitchen was well appointment and owners were very accommodative. Enjoyed our time. Kids and their friends said it was one of the best trips. 」

「Great property for easy access to skiing. Really appreciated the kitchenette and small selection of cooking implements since dining options are limited when the road in is inaccessible (on-mountain dining closes very early, around 5pm). No issues with basic comforts - thermostat, hot water, shower and bathroom, etc were all in good working order. Wifi was quick enough for Zoom calls. In short, a great home base for a ski trip!
