Luxurious, rustic, private vacation home with great view.

"What a beautiful home! Didn’t know what to expect but we were both blown away by the cozy feeling the home has, and it was fun just to walk around and look at everything. Really enjoyed the seclusion and the amazing view. Beds and showers were excellent. Would definitely like to visit again during the winter season as well."

"This place truly felt like a home away from home. My stay was peaceful and quite restful. The beds were comfortable, the amenities plentiful. Our host were quite responsive to any and every thing we may have needed with super recommendations for shopping, eating and day activities. I look forward to returning and staying again with Aussie Man Rentals. In me, they’ve definitely found a North Carolinian that will gladly return to West Virginia yearly. The area, Canaan is so beautiful with a myriad of adventure for nature lovers and photographers or even waterfall chasers. I had a wonderful time. This place comes highly recommended, you will not regret your stay."

"This cabin was awesome, in a great location, and was immaculate when I checked in. Blackwater Falls State Park is literally around the corner so the convenience was a huge plus; I never drove more than ten minutes to get to any trailhead or parking area for the waterfalls. The host was very responsive and friendly when communicating. There were no delays in being able to occupy the cabin on time.The part I loved most about the cabin itself was how enjoyable it was to stay there and hang out. Most rentals seem to have mediocre setups that are "good enough" for people coming and going. However, here, the appliances worked, the internet was fast, the mini splits kept the place quite comfortable, the cookware was quality, and there was just about everything needed aside from actual food itself. I brought spices and a few kitchen items just in case and I did not need any of it. The main point is that if you stay here and the weather keeps you inside the whole time, you will still have a great time.My biggest recommendation to future travelers is to find a good grocery store within a reasonable distance and stop there on the way in. I'm glad I did because the Shop n Save in Davis was expensive and the Dollar General was temporarily closed.I certainly plan on staying here again."

"Property was clean, all staff was wonderful with the exception of the bearded guy at the front desk he seemed inconvenienced by the fact we were there.. Putt Putt was nice minus the $15 per-person that was a little much. Breakfast was lacking but it was quiet and a place to lay my head."

"Perfect little place for 2 adults and 2 young teenagers. It had everything we needed and the pool access was a bonus. Sitting on the front porch with a warm coffee in hand, made for perfect mornings. Everything was within 15 minutes which made it an ideal location for Blackwater or Canaan."
