Welcome to Second Seasun – an inviting, slope-side condo just steps from Timberline Lodge! This cherished rental has been in the same family for over 20 years and is being offered to guests for the first time.

The condo features 2 bedrooms + a loft with all new luxury beds and bedding, and 2 full bathrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace make it perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Additional perks include two exclusive prime parking spots and a private outdoor closet for storing your ski equipment. Imagine watching your family learn to ski while you unwind by the fire!

The condo is within walking distance of everything Timberline has to offer.
Winter note: 4WD required in winter months.

All Canaan Realty guests enjoy complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area, just 5 miles away. Activities include fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking, and more. Canoes, pedal boats, kayaks, life jackets, and oars are provided at no extra charge.

Location, Location, Location

Your place is such a good location. A lot of dated decor and the sliding doors really need to be replaced. Just can’t say enough about just how close you are the slope if taking some runs are what you are into! Would stay again if available. Thank you!

Perfect location

The location ca not be beat. You are steps away from the timberline ski lodge and bunny slope. Just head out the back door, strap in your kid and that’s it! We did have a few minor hiccups that were straightened out with a call to the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.
