Cosy, fully functional, classic appt.

We've had everythin we needed, the appartment is fully equiped and cosy, with a little old-fashioned interior design, but fully functional. The indoor swimming pool is a real treasure and the location, close to public transport, shopping, etc. is very practical. Another great stay for us in Guardaval.

Toujours très agréable de séjourner dans ce joli studio. :-) On apprécie le logement en soi, la cuisine fonctionnelle, la vue sur Davos, la piscine, la table de ping-pong, la proximité des chemins de randonnée et des accès aux bus, trains et remontées mécaniques. Tout était très bien. Peut-être juste faudra-t-il songer bientôt à changer les matelas.

On y est toujours bien!

Joli petit appart, parfait pour 2 personnes. Libre accès à la piscine (très agréable après une journée de randonnée). Proche de la gare, de magasins, d'un arrêt de bus, des remontées mécaniques du Parsenn. Belle vue sur Davos et ses montagnes. On y reviendra certainement.

Im grossen und ganzen waren wir mit der schönen Wohnung zufrieden. Leider war das Besteck und das Geschirr nicht sauber. Eine Bedienungsanleitung zu den vorhandenen Geräten wäre vorteilhaft.

l'immeuble est en position centrale et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique. L'appartement est confortable mais l'aménagement est très rustique. Tout était parfaitement propre. Attention l'accueil ne se fait qu'en allemand le français et l'anglais ne sont pas pratiqué.

Très bien. Tranquille. Style des années 1970-80 (par ex. la salle de bain), mais confortable et propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Accès piscine + table de ping-pong et babyfoot. A quelques minutes de l'arrêt de bus, du Parsennbahn et de magasins. Bus gratuit avec la guest card, remontées mécaniques à prix fortement réduit. On aime toujours y revenir! :)

Gerade für Familienaufenthalte super! Hallenbad, Sauna(25chf), Tischtennis (Schläger besser mitbringen, waren vergriffen), Tuschfussball, Spielraum: unsere Kids haben sich blenden amüsiert! Sauber, gepflegt, gut eingerichtet (sogar Fondue Set und Orangenpresse). Nice: Appartement im 70ger Stil, Zeitreise inklusive! Vom UG Garage zur Penkenbahn 300m top! Danke gerne wieder!!!

Apartament bardzo funkcjonalny i dobrze wyposażony w tym kuchnia ze zmywarką (zabrać pastylki do zmywarki) Ekspres do kawy przelewowy (wymagany filtr) Solidne umeblowanie z lat 70tych. Internet działa dobrze, nie działał TV. Są przedłużacze z kilkoma gniazdami do polskiego standardu. Piękny widok z okna na Davos i górską okolicę. Na piechotę w butach narciarskich 300 m do stacji wyciągu, 600 m do startu tras narciarstwa biegowego. Parking pod dachem za 5CHF/dziennie. Budynek 8 piętrowy z windami

Joli petit appartement au 5ème étage avec balcon (jolie vue sur Davos Dorf et les montagnes), salle de bain avec baignoire et cuisine équipée. Bien chauffé. Parfait pour un couple. A 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus. On a passé une très bonne semaine!

Wohnung war ausreichend gross für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Parsenn-Station ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
