Great property - but take care with booking details

The property is fantastic - beautifully designed and well equipped. We liked being out of the town, as was scenic and peaceful - close to the Rinerhorn lift and excellent transport links. Our only criticism of the chalet was that it has 3 double beds, and it wasn't possible to split any into twin beds for the single guests. The booking was complicated and confusing as once you have booked (and paid) VRBO, you are then passed onto another company called E-Domizil - and so had to check this wasn't online fraud before proceeding to pay. Then, the owner wanted other things paying for directly to them before they would release the access information (eg cleaning, linen, sauna). We then arrived at chalet and were instructed to pay tourist tax in town (in guest booklet which turned out to be out of date) but later found had paid twice - so had to go back to town for a refund. As for the rubbish/recycling - despite paying a cleaning fee we had to deliver rubbish to several locations - some places were hard to find - and this wasn't really how we wanted to spend the holiday. Hopefully these issues can be dealt with - but you might want to check if this is an issue for you.
