“Room 263 was very noisy with people going up and down the stairwell next door. Also shower head was horrible.”

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”

“I feel bad giving this review as it seems like a family is trying to run this place and they were very nice but in way over their heads. Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms. The place had a dank smell, areas smelled like cigarettes, and hallways needed to be vacuumed. In the rooms the furniture was old, broken with no hardware on the dressers, no coffee maker in lobby, and had to request toilet paper in the……

“Way too hot in the hotel (81 degrees on the thermostat in the breakfast room). Staff walking around barefoot, room not well cleaned (hair in the corners on bathroom floor upon arrival, dirty looking tub, missed some obvious things when vacuuming). Smelled damp through the place and kinda mildew in the room. Loud a/c. People drinking and talking loud at 10:30pm right outside - then left a pile of empty beer cans inside the hotel door. Breakfast was pretty standard budget hotel fare but it was……

“The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again.”

“This is a run down old motel with a lot of deferred maintenance. There appears to be no effort made to remodel, update freshen up or improve the property. The room smelled very stale. Worn, dirty carpet. Dark. Minimal lighting. Small rooms. Needs paint. Owner/manager lives on premise. Can't or won't communicate. Don't know if he speaks English. After viewing the room, I forfeited my non-refundable 1 night rent and stayed elsewhere. I can't believe Expedia includes this motel on their listings.”

“The rooms were clean, and very nice. The pool area looked amazing. There were a lot of people there. There was a Baseball Team there. The kids were a little noisy at times, but that’s too be expected. Overall, it was a great stay!”
