I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.」

「I booked through Expedia, which I will never do again. Although they gave me almost a full refund… The American Inn in Marshfield, Wisconsin was not a pleasant site… The foyer was filthy. The blinds throughout the hotel were torn ripped crooked… And the workers were smoking outside right by the entrance.」

「Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.」

「We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...

The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick. The gym door had no handle, making access difficult. Many utilities were in poor condition, and the hotel’s numerous potted...
