"We got here just as the road into Alucante was closed due to flooding. Booking in even though busy done and all necessary advise provided. Decide to have a few drinks and something to eat, really good service, snd food well priced and rrally good."

The room was very pleasant, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. I'd say the decor could do with modernising but everything was spotlessly clean and maintained. "Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See you all in 2 weeks!"

"This was my favorite hotel during my stay in Spain. I traveled between Barcelona, Cordova, Granada, and Madrid. And in all of my travels, this was my favorite hotel. The hotel staff was kind. The food was amazing — I had the best hummus in my life in this hotel. In addition, the amenities were amazing, for example, the spa area was spectacular. And its proximity to the city, the beach, and the airport were huge pluses. I highly encourage anyone to visit this hotel during their stay in Spain. "
