Manager wasn't kind to his staff when the second set of key cards wouldn't let us back in our room. Batteries were not in good working order to connect to the door lock. Property is older and not well maintained. Staff at the 3 oclock check in was the best part about the place and should be commended for her abilities to stay calm trying to handle the job management was responsible for. We felt unsafe and wouldn't recommend unless there was no place else

The room was very clean and freshly renovated. Everything worked well. I was disappointed in the lack of breakfast--the only offerings were sweet rolls and instant coffee. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a microwave and a refrigerator.

Pool was fine, the only problem I had was the motel tried to make me leave a cash deposit of $60.00 instead of a credit card. They were adamant until I threated to cancel the reservation and leave. Then they relented and didn't require it.

Too many low-quality people in and around the property. Drug using and selling in the immediate area. Care for the hallways doors and stairways is sub-par. Never felt sage parking my vehicle there overnight. Room rates are fair but not worth exposing myself or my vehicle to the desperate people in and near the property.

Pro: Close to I75, hospital, and restaurants. Cons: The one bed had dirt on it. The property itself is old and not been updated in years. The mini frisge had so much ice in it, unable to really use. Walls are thin. Vending machine was empty. Hotels just dont maintain their properties like they use too.

Room was clean, pool was nice, man at check in was nice. But only have three of us two towels to swim with expected me to use a room towel. No thanks I want a clean bath towel to shower with. Place said they have breakfast. I hardly say that muffins constituents as a breakfast.

It was the worst hotel ever the sheets had dirt marks on them and nail polish on the bed cover and they were stained they spent all there money in the front and just left the inside dirty smelly and the keycards didn’t even work they were one time use only we had to get four keycards and the front desk was not inviting and they had building material and only two small tables the hotel itself was outdated and Bradley need of modernization. Walls were paper thin and people were barbecuing outside on the side walk like they permanently living there and for some reason there were tons of cats in the back of the hotel and there grass was high. We left as soon as possible at 3:00am

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We came down for a trip to kings island with 3 kids, my wife and myself. The grounds and building were extremely rough and not well take care of. The interior was also in bad shape, with the front desk employee behind glass like a gas station. We entered the room and room was not cleaned. The bedding had stains, the fridge and microwave had leftover rotting food. Then my wife watched as individuals were doing drug deals in the parking lot and people walking around checking out cars to see what ones were unlocked. It was not safe for a family to stay at. Please do not bring your kids or even yourself to an establishment like this. We left after 10min and requested a refund which the front desk said he had to speak with the manager about. Have not heard anything back.

The room was terrible, blankets had stains on them and pillows were dirty. Room wasn’t very secure, some of the doors didn’t have handles this place looks nothing like the pictures and is more of a drug addict hotel. Also there’s a burnt down building in the back. Very sketchy. I wish I knew it before I paid and booked.
