Staff was friendly….I’m not sure if we just got a crappy room, but there were several things wrong. In room phone did not work, tv response to remote was very slow, no top sheet on the bed, the lotion bottle was empty, the shower curtain was ripped. Overall, the room needed major updates. When we checked in, the lady said this Hampton was just renovated. She must have meant the exterior update with the new Hampton colors. We go to Middletown several times a year to visit family. This was our first and last time staying at this hotel.
