Hotel is used as a long term rental, it smells, rooms were terrible. People doing drugs outside, non smoking hotel smelled like cigarettes. Got my room and it wasn't even cleaned.

There was not breakfast set up, just waffles. Shower curtain was out of the wall. Hall floor soaked all the way down to the from the pool to my room. Pop machine was down. Pool was not clean. My room smelled very moldy. Dogs were barking next door. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

Our rooms had broken drawers in both rooms we had and dirty clothes in the closet. When we ask change rooms we was told that's all theu had and everyone around them was booked full so we had no choice with our kids but to stay. No housekeeping when we asked for blankets just horrible

This place needs work! Ownership/ management obviously doesn’t care about it. Booked 3 rooms, one had a hole in the wall and in the floor, another had no sheets. The included breakfast was quite lacking today the least!!! Not at all what I expect at a Quality inn!!!!!

This place is a nightmare. It is extremely filthy mold growing on the ceilings and corners. Rooms smelled very bad. Bedspread had large cigarette burn. Rooms were filthy in the breakfast area was bare and filthy.

1. No elevator 2. Awful stench in the building 3. First room had chip crumbs and sand on the bedding and was told we would have to move rooms rather than have the bedding changed. So we had to pack everything up and move to another room. 4. Second room smelled even worse, like mold and felt damp. There was mold on the walls by the vent and all over the vent fins. The chair and bedding were damp. 5. Had to sit and go through customer service to get a refund and go to another hotel.
