"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was shocked that they had a laundry room and relieved they even sold laundry detergent and dryer sheets it helped out a lot since I had a week stay. I attended a hockey game and was making signs but needed scissors so I called the front desk and asked the worker on shift if I could borrow it and without hesitation she said yes of course so it saved me a trip to target. Furthermore, one housekeeper was so sweet and she was so happy to hear I spoke Spanish so we bonded over similar cultures even the staff at breakfast were nice and one was even joking about football which brightened everyone’s mood it’s my second time staying and I always choose to stay here just because the staff is so friendly and the rooms are nice."
