"It was my first time in Lake Tahoe, and I stayed at Hyatt. I got there pretty late at night checking in. The staff was wonderful and I asked them about local restaurants for dinner. They suggested one across the street that one was amazing as well! When I woke up in the morning, I looked as on my window and it was just breathtaking to see the lake in the morning. It was a magical weekend!"

"i was so impressed by how clean everything was. I also loved that there wasnt any weird smells either. It was super dog friendly too! we could eat the breakfast in the bar area with the pup which was super helpful. WE LOVED OUR STAY! Please stay clean and feeling like new!!! Oh and i loved the big grassy area for the pup as well! the fake grass area stink’s especially when its hot."

"In comparison to the Very Negative reviews from about 1-2 years ago, this motel is being thoroughly remodeled. Carpets removed and replaced by hardwood floors, and I saw no e evidence of any structural or safety problems. The clerk said the entire motel is being worked on, and my room looked new and was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Still no complimentary breakfast, despite that amenity still being advertised on their website. She said the pool had been fixed but then the water pump went out and will be replaced, so the pool should soon be available. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall, this motel is well on its way to getting back on track."
