Pros: Location was nice, you can walk pretty much everywhere, easy check in, sea view was nice. The bed is comfortable, the sheets were clean, clean towels every day. The water pressure and temperature is very good. The bar down stairs is nice and clean. Well maintained. Cons: The hotel has double parking, you either park behind someone else’s car or someone parks behind yours. It wasn’t clean enough, the floor was very dirty. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed, pointing right to the bed, it was freezing. The tv only has live tv, doesn’t work as smart tv.

Overall good experience here and I would stay again. The good: Comfortable beds Security guards on site mostly controlling parking Nice lobby area well stocked with sundries Friendly staff Location - on the water right next to the no vehicle zone. Pulling out brings you right onto International Speedway Blvd. The bad: Front desk staff had no change for the laundry machines. Laundry machines are rusty... insides clean though. This may just be a product of being in the salty air. Parking - while I always found a spot, if you get there at the wrong time you will end up being forced to valet.

This was a great place for a brief getaway with my small family. We loved that it was right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The pier is about a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The property itself is older and shows its age but the rooms are comfortable and clean, everything works, the staff is friendly and they take good care of the pool/hot tub. My only real gripe was the horrendously weak water pressure in the shower. It made it a little less enjoyable because I never quite felt like I got all the sand and salt off. That’s hardly reason to not consider this hotel because I didn’t complain and it may have only been that room. Overall, this is a great hotel in a great location. If my family goes back to Daytona we’ll most likely stay there again.
