Check in was very quick. The room and overall look of the building is very very outdated. Room is dark, light fixture broken, tiny tv, terrible WiFi, limited parking…BUT THE VIEW!! Helps you overlook all that!! Direct walk out access to the beach/ocean. Nice outdoor space.

we booked 3 nights to go to the roar before first 2 nights we were awoken at 0230 in the morning by loud noises knocking on adjoining rooms. I believe there are people renting long-term at this motel. We picked it for the easy access to beach with our bikes. I would not recommend this motel we left after 2 nights parking is terrible they double park guest we had to go to the office to leave at 8 in the morning as we were unable to leave due to a vehicle parked behind us.

I’ve been using this property for years when I stay in Daytona. I love that it’s close enough to the party yet far enough away from the riff raff. The pool is great and it’s right on the ocean.

The hotel is old but it is clean and is up to date on amenities. The only thing I disliked was that the curtains were small and I had to clothes pin them together so that anyone trying to peep couldn’t see in. There were no shades. The door is glass and didn’t seem to latch well. But it was beachfront and inexpensive. The city has taken most of the parking so you have to double park or pay. The inn has came up with what seems to be a good system of getting more parking. But to walk out and be 10 yards or so to the beach and the year around heated pool i would have paid if i had too. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Place was ok. Everyrhing kinda old & outdated but right on the beach with a balcony we watched fireworks from. And the owners were nice. Parking was awful and we ended up with an expensive parking ticket for parking right out in front of the hotel.

It is an older complex. But is in a great location right on the beach. We were treated very well. Parking is tight but that is not the hotel's fault. It is a lack of proper city planning, or even a strategy to try to eliminate the property. Regardless, it is clean, well-maintained for the most part and perfect for a good nights rest in a very well-protected area. The greatest benefit for us was the price. It freed up our budget for the things we wanted to do for extra entertainment and outings. It is not modern, but very acceptable. Contrary to reviews, it is not roach infested. It is Florida. If you don't see a roach, it is like going to the Lakes and rivers and not seeing an Alligator or a Manatee. We had a great stay and will stay here again should we return.
