"Just over the border from France, a good stop if you are heading north from Clais. Quiet location, parking appears limited at first sight but the hotel will tell you where you can park if you arrive when the restaurant is busy. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Bedroom is by some standards "neat" but comfortable and clean. It is obvious that the owners are hands on and want to build and maintain a good reputation. "Booked a single yet given a double for the same price as off season and hotel more or less empty. Room nice and warm (it needed to be as freezing outside). The hotelier, Pieter, was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. "

"We had to park about a mile from the hotel and drag our cases as the resort was full. Reception was chaotic. First we were given an occupied room, then one smaller than booked with no garden view or balcony. After complaining we finally got a larger room but with no balcony or garden view. The rooms were clean but wifi did not work. Would not recommend"
