“Manager at check-in was a bit abrupt/rude and difficult to understand. The room was clean, the AC stressed a bit but worked, and the water was hot in the shower At about 9:00am the morning we were to checkout, which was at 11am, the manager just opened the door of our room. No knock, no announcement of “housekeeping”, just unlocked and was heading in.”

“Gentlemen ar check was great.Jirdon the lady at night not helpful. Upon check in after being at Beaver Bend Lake we wanted to shower, didn't have any wash clothes. Ftont desk told us they were trying to catch up on laundry. Showered finally and went to dinner.back to hotel at 7pm. No internet wifi, called Jordan she said its an on going issue and usually doesn't last long. Called again and asked if they could restart router since their TV has no live channels only streaming and I needed wifi to……

“This was the nicest hotel that we could find near Broken Bow, OK. However, it was in the worst condition of any hotel that I have stayed at. It was livable, but not pleasant. The bed was good, the breakfast was adequate, but not the best. The outdoor pool area looked nice. But there was a lack of upkeep to the general hotel. Baseboards missing upstairs, walls were dirty, entryway looked unkept. It kind of felt like an abandoned hotel in many ways. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful……

“The room was clean, the grandkids loved the pool since they are small, it's only 4.5' at the deepest. The breakfast was provided but not if you like eggs, bacon & sausage & gravy. The only hot thing available was make your own pancake. There also wasn't any kids cereal or muffins, bagels or butter & jelly. So they could really work on that. The rooms were clean & spacious.”

“The cabin is so beautiful and has great amenities. There were a few things that were broken that would have been better if they weren’t but they were all still usable. The host was prompt when I needed to communicate anything. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding woods were beautiful. ”
