「Overall the hotel was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleanish, though we found some stains on bed spreads. We didnt look closer to see if old or new from not washed. Id recommend if you are passing through as we were.」

「The staff was great—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is nice and quiet, just outside of De Queen, which made for a relaxing environment. During the severe storms while we were there, they made it a priority to ensure we knew where to go and kept everyone informed, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is definitely one of the better options in the area.」

「I loved the front desk staff and the property and room were to notch. However, the most concerning was the inability to contact the front desk from the room phone. I tried but was connected with someone in another city who knew nothing about the actual hotel itself. It appeared she was aware I was calling from a Choctaw property of some sort but unaware of the actual property I was calling from. I see this as a potential serious problem. Also be aware that all in room movies appear to cost $25...

「Very good service, just a minor detail with cleanliness We had a pleasant stay. The service from the staff was excellent—always very attentive and helpful, which we highly appreciated. The only point for improvement is that the bathroom was a little bit dirty when we checked in, but apart from that detail, everything else was very good. For the price and what it offers, it wasn't bad at all.」

「We were there for an event so we didn't get to check in until almost 10pm. It took less than 2 minutes from the time I got the reception desk to getting my key and walking to my room. It was so quick and easy, the staff was so very nice, the room was nice and had everything I needed. The breakfast selections were great. Overall would definitely stay here again!」

「We had the most amazing and relaxing time on our trip. The cabin is just a few minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It was quiet and relaxing. The cabin is well stocked with dishes. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!」

「Have stayed here before without problems. However, during this stay, the lights and the vent in the bathroom suddenly went off. A woman looked into our room window at 9:50 am and the dresser drawer was full of crayon coloring too as if someone didn't clean it out. Definitely questionable with staying here again. 」

「Room was easily accessible, clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great. Cons are: no place in bathroom to hang clothes while showering, breakfast is a little under par and property grounds and outside appearance in need of repairs and updating. It was quiet and everything worked properly though.」
