「The staff was not at the front desk at check in they had to be located by the cleaning lady. The hotel and the second floor smelled odd very very powerful cleaning supplies. Like they wanted to mask about smell. The room we stayed in was horrible. The AC did not work consistently, the toliet seat lid was only covering about 75%of the toilet. There was no toliet paper holder. Some of the hotel products were ripped off the wall. The water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt to shower in...
