Top Deacon's Lodge Golf Course Hotel Reviews
Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this place has it all! In Breezy Point Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We were actually in the house for a very short period of time. Just one night, we were in town for a wedding but Kristin allowed us to check in early to change and get to the wedding. Then after the wedding we went back to sleep and left the next morning. Kristin was easy to work with, good communication and the house was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay."
Deacon's Lodge Golf: Overlooking Pelican Lake - Breezy Point
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin on Pelican Lake in Minnesota. The location was excellent - peaceful, scenic, and ideal for enjoying the lake. The cabin itself worked really well for our good-sized group, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place!"

Rustic 2BR Cabin with Deck Overlooking Golf Course
8/10 Good
"The property was clean and close to the boat slips, however we were told some incorrect information both in the listing and in communications with the property. They did issue a small refund, but the golf course we were overlooking was actually under construction so we had noise from construction equipment and a view of what might be lovely in a couple of years, but currently consists of newly seeded dirt mounds. The back deck was safe, but in need of replacement with the boards on their last season most likely. The kitchen sink was leaking slightly (we reported) causing trash bags or anything stored under there to be wet. The smaller bathroom flooring is soft and in need of replacement soon. The main building where several amenities advertised was closed for remodeling so those were all unavailable. We had a place to sleep, eat simple meals, shower, and sleep comfortably. We would not return."
Posh Pelican House is guest favorite in quaint resort town of Breezy Point!
10/10 Excellent
"We spent a week at The Posh Pelican with four households, 7 adults and 5 little ones (ages 16 months to 5 years), celebrating my wife's 60th birthday. It exceeded every expectation. The TVs playing scenic channels set a warm tone from the start, and the home was even more beautiful in person than the photos show. The floorplan worked perfectly for four households, with plenty of comfortable beds and privacy. Cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. With toys, games, and huge TVs in every room, we didn't need to bring anything for entertainment. Extra pantry supplies like pizza, chocolates, and coffee were a nice touch, and two full fridges made a real difference for the week. We also appreciated the high-end appliances. With young, occasionally messy kids around, the wipeable leather furniture in the living room and game room was perfect. The private, fenced backyard let kids play safely and gave adults a spot for a wood fire, with room for a blow-up pool, slip n slide, frisbee, and cornhole. Our family is very active, and while there weren't trails right outside the door, it was an easy drive to Pelican Lake beaches and Pequot Lakes for the Paul Bunyan Trail. Checkout was a breeze, no stripping beds or cleaning required. The host was highly responsive throughout, with kind, helpful notes around the home. The only thing missing was being right on the water. Otherwise, we wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend!"
