Explore the Canadian Rockies from our spacious 3BR, 2BA suite in Copperstone Mountain Resort. This 1300 sqft unit on 2 floors, rated 4.5/5 on Trip Advisor, is in Dead Man’s Flats, 5 mins from Canmore's amenities, and 25 mins from Banff. Fully stocked with essentials, it ensures a sanitized stay with 70% alcohol wipes used. Amenities: in-suite laundry, BBQ patio, local trails, outdoor hot tub. Small pets allowed (extra fee). 2 King, 1 Queen bed, and 2 cots for your comfort.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Canmore has a young, energetic, diverse and well-educated population that values a vigorous, outdoor adventure lifestyle that allows them to come home to comfort and amenities usually reserved for city life. Please note that the hot tub is currently open, subject to capacity restrictions.

The suite is on two floors, and includes:

Upper level

Bedroom #1 and Bathroom #1: Bedroom #1 has a king bed, tv, and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2: This bedroom has a king bed.

Bathroom #2: This bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo (please note that both of the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor).

Both bathrooms include amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

Main Floor

Kitchen: The open concept kitchen is fully equipped for guests to make a quick snack or to prepare a culinary masterpiece. You will find stainless steel appliances and ample place settings. There is seating for 6 in the dining area, and additional seating is available at the kitchen island. For our guest’s convenience, we include staples such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.

Bedroom #3: This bedroom has a queen size bed

Living Room/Balcony: Relax in front of the living room fireplace after an afternoon of hiking/skiing or delight in the outdoors while you enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony.

There are 2 twin size roll away cots that are an upgrade over the standard sofa bed in comfort, and also provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements as they can be moved throughout the suite making for a total occupancy of 8 guests. The suite also includes the use of a pack and play for little ones.

Laundry: There is a stacker washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, and laundry soap is included for our guest’s convenience.

Building Amenities

Our suite includes complimentary wi-fi, and the use of an underground parking stall. The Copperstone Resort has a hot tub in the courtyard along with a fire pit, and a couple of gas BBQs for guest use. A basic fitness room has weights, a few cardio machines, and plenty of space for a workout.

This is a self-service vacation stay and daily cleaning service is not included.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Property was clean. Unit was quiet. There was ample parking. Check-in was easy. Owner had maintenance person come to the unit to check on the broken couch. Cons: Couch was broken and we were unable to use it - there was nowhere for us to sit comfortably. The unit had no paper towels, no laundry sheets, 2 coffee filters( we were there for 5 days), one baking pan, the fridge had only1 shelf and the rest were missing, the property is very run down and needs a face lift. Communication with the owner was not prompt and very difficult to reach. Would definitely not stay again and this property is not recommended

Host is very responsive, especially when we had issues with the dryer. Having on-site parking was great and loved the use of the Canada Parks pass. It would have been useful to have a tip sheet, places to eat, activities in the area, etc.. Loved the stay. Thanks.

We were a group of four friends. The location was perfect for us as we were constantly taking day trips hiking, to Canmore, Banff or Kananaskis. The trail outside the back of the apartment was delightful. The property was just as described with everything we needed. While we didn't use the hot tub, it looked lovely (we just couldn't squeeze it in to our stay). We would stay again.

We wanted to stay outside of Banff, because it's so crowded these days, and loved our first stay in Canmore. We will be back! Our host made it so easy with detailed instructions when necessary and was very responsive to every question.

We enjoyed our stay - plenty of space for one couple and two singles; well-equipped kitchen, nice amenities on the site. Owner responded quickly to messages and provided bery helpful info. Two National Park passes were a thiughtful touch, thank you!

Really enjoyed the property. It was nice to have underground parking. The condo was clean with amenities we did not expect, such as children’s plates, booster seats and crib. The beds were comfortable and nice for families. It would have been nice to have a half bath on the first floor for those staying in the downstairs bedroom, the stairs were a bit steep and dark at night. Loved the solitude of location far from the crowds, but also made it longer to arrive at destinations in the park. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Much nicer than the photos. Brand new and immaculate. Very comfortable beds, extremely quiet. , Lovely spot overlooking a roaring creek, with a pretty walk along it. Great hot tub. Great location to access everything but out of the craziness. 5 minutes to canmore with very good restaurants, 20 minutes to banff and half hour to lake louise. Communication with the owner was terrific. Highly revommend.

The condo was great and so well stocked for our convenience. We brought so much kitchen stuff we did not need. It was very comfortable and well laid out. Thank you a great place to make memories. We will be back.

Check in and check out were very smooth. There was an issue with getting in touch with the cleaning staff and getting them to drop off supplies midway through the stay, but the host helped resolve it. Good selection of dishes and kitchenware. Convenient to have a BBQ on the balcony. Nice toiletries provided. Some of our guests complained about the table and stools, found them a bit wobbly - could be tightened. Although it wasn’t a problem for us personally, please note that this unit is not accessible for those with limited mobility. There is no path to the suite without a few stairs, and all bathrooms are on the upper level.

We were 6 adults a 3 yr old and a 10.month old and 1 dog. The property was perfect for us. 2 large bedrooms, a regular bathroom, a cot, a pack and play, 2 excellent bathrooms, BBQ, excellent parking and very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of DMFs and the trails there. We drove to Canmore and that was great but loved retreating to the condo in DMFs. Shaheen, or host, communicated very well and we highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect "short get away" vacation that we needed for a mid-week jaunt. The property was perfectly set-up for a family of 4 (3 bedrooms), and there was ample supplies & space for everyone. Owners were more the helpful, and the directions and expectations were defined and laid out were also exceptional. We are very familiar with Canmore, but with the location of this property (Dead Man's Flats) - we were able to appreciate the surroundings of the area with less hustle of the crowds. I would rate this 100% 10 out of 10.
