"Booked this hotel room over March break to spend with my nephews who were really looking forward to swimming, unfortunately, the Barrington hotel doesn’t heat their pool and the water was absolutely frigid. We had two boys who were very disappointed."

"Bad bad experience. Children running around. Followed by someone slamming a luggage cart into my door while I was sleeping. They left the cart there. Staff came up and removed the cart. And I was told to speak to the manager on check out. The Manager wasn't on that early so I was told they would call me Feb 16. No one called. I called on the 18th and spoke with a manager who said they would work with Expedia to start the refund process. I was told I would see the money on my account 3-4 days. 1 week later I called and spoke to a different manager who said they would look into it and call me the next day. They didn't. I called the next day and they said they were gone for the day and they would call me the next day. Next day I called and was told the manager would be in later and would call me as soon as they arrive. Surprise, they didn't. I called after waiting for over and hour and spoke with a manager. Who offered me 25% back and tried to offer me points. I want what was promised to me on Feb 18th, the full refund. I am waiting for a call back again. Nice hotel, inconsiderate guests and incompetent managment."

"Room was spotless, you could eat from the floor. Pool with a slide a bonus and fitness center very equipped. Restaurant on site but also other restaurants in area. Great service from staff. Would definitely recommend 5 out of 5"

"The king room suite was amazing, breakfast was perfect, pool was awesome, staff were very friendly and accommodating, only issue is close to $400 for 1 night was a bit much but other than that the stay was amazing. Thank you we will most definitely be back!!"

"The pool is good, the rooms are clean, the air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was alot to be desired. Sausage rounds that tasted like pepper, hard eggs, not what was advertised. "
