We stayed here for our family vacation. The property is in a quiet neighorhood. The house had lots of room for everyone and we enjoyed the hot tub. Instructions for checkin and checkout were easy to understand. We will definately book it again.

Everything was very good. As an FYI for the owner, the weld on the hot tub lift is partially broken and the grill needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was great.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I was a bit concerned at first when I emailed the contact person 2 different times about staying an extra day and didn't hear back until 2 days beofre our reservation was supposed to start. We had already booked a hotel and checked in the day we originally booked it for. The neighbor did fix a woodpecker hole on the house one of the days we were there and that ended up leaving a bit of an annoying situation the rest of our stay because there was baby birds left in the nest crying all day and night for pur last 2 days... the kids were a bit disturbed by it and the adluts were annoyed that it couldn't have been done when we left. Other than these 2 issues the home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect in so many ways! Decided on a vacation to the Black Hills with our 2 daughters and their families. The location of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out well. After a long day of touring we cooked dinner at home- well stock kitchen and grill was nice. We appreciated the deck and the hot tub also. We’ll be back!

Arrived and house had not been cleaned from prior occupants. Contacted owner and he contacted cleaning person. Also contacted vrbo, received immediate response. Cleaning person arrived and did some cleaning. We did choose to stay in hotel that night and house was done by 11:00 next morning. Vrbo resolved situation to our satisfaction and rest of stay was wonderful. I would use vrbo again.

Our stay was great! The nights were chilly, and propane on the fireplace ran out on night one, so that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker and the fireplace on the upper deck didnt work. Other than thatbthe kids loves the hut tub, and it was close to Lead and Deadwood riding trails which was great! Would definitely reserve again.

This house was perfect for our needs. Large gathering areas, but good sized bedrooms for some seclusion. The hot tub was clean fairly private. The two neighboring houses are fairly close but not obtrusive. Easy to see Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park in a day. Even the Badlands were close enough to easily visit Don't miss a drive through Spearfish Canyon and catch a great meal at Cheyenne Crossing. We enjoyed our and this house was so beautiful and easy to relax in.

We enjoyed our four night stay overall and it’s a great property. The home provided adequate space and rooms for everyone. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. Hot tub works well, and we enjoyed the privacy and views. Since we had traveled and stayed a night ahead of scheduled due to the weather, we had asked about the possibility of checking in early (certainly not expected); she took our number and we never heard back from her. Driveway didn’t look like it had been plowed upon our arrival and it was difficult to get to the side entryway due to all the snow and no way to remove it before entering the garage. Driveway was eventually plowed a couple days into our stay. It’s a great location with short drives to everywhere we wanted to be.

Dirty refrigerator, water leak which made the home smell musty, coffee grounds left in coffee pot. Laundry left in dryer, garage was filthy and no functional broom to use. We needed more dish soap and paper products to accommodate the number of guests and length of stay. Over all, the property was not prepped.

This house was very clean and just perfect for our family and friends! Beautiful nature around and very relaxing! Hot tub was a hit! So was ping pong table!! Perfect location and close enough to everything! Loved it and will definitely come back! We visited the week before Sturgis rally and it was perfect!
