「Staff was excellent and the property was well maintained. The bullet proof glass at the front desk was a concern at first but I'm sure they have their reasons for it . 👍」

「The room was very nice all around. Knowing that the hotel was in renovation mode. My only concern is that the bathtub became very slippery after the first person used it. May I suggest a rubber mat on the tub's floor, or an extra bar on the outside tub for a much safer entry. Thank you!」

「Rooms need to be updated. All renovations are outdoors. The guest rooms needs attention as well. bathtub handle was extremely lose when turning on water nearly fell off.」

「The property is beautiful, with terrific gardens and magnificent water views. Our room (06) was waterfront with huge hydrangeas outside. However, the bathroom needs renovation. The pedestal sink was awful as there was no place for cosmetics or the cosmetic bag. An upright suitcase on wheels was brought into the bathroom to provide a needed serface. The soaking tub had a smallish glass "shower curtain" so the floor was a bit moist after showering. The bed creaked with every movement, the...

「We have family in this area of the Bay and have stayed in other facilities. So far, this is now our favorite. We loved the harbor/docks and the Boathouse bar. Our room was quiet and clean. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Family recommended some places to eat that had delicious food and wonderful service.」
