The restaurant with both service and menu was excellent. The reception staff were more than helpful which made for a very pleasant stay.

Try parking at this hotel
The parking garage was full and the check in clerk said not to park on the street because it cost too much. She said next door is a school and they have a lot that you can park in. I drove 2 blocks and didn’t see any school so went back to the hotel clerk. She showed me on the mail the school which was 3 blocks away and the street she told me to turn on was one way the wrong way. I found their lot finally and parked there before we went to dinner. The next morning the lot was locked, thankfully I parked on the street overnight. This woman was incompetent

Our establishment has a limited number of places. It is therefore important to book it in advance, preferably at the time of booking.Our reception team knows the city very well and is always available to our customers to direct them to the city's parking lots. A lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff, especially Walid at the front desk,very pleasant and always ready to help - with luggage, directions, choice of restaurants and anything else you need. Highly recommend this hotel

Two night getaway
Girls trip for my 11yo daughter and myself. We stayed for one night same time last year and the daughter wanted to stay there again this year because she loves the swimming pool. Stayed two nights this time. Again it wasn't disappointing. Fantastic facilities and service. Has had a bit of a move around in lobby/downstairs area since last year and was very comfortable. Steam room, sauna, gym and pool fab for a rainy day and the location with a beach view is fabulous!

Staff were fantastic....receptionist, manager working on the morning of checkout...plus staff in restaurant. Excellent posisition, right across from the beach and short walk to restaurants. Will be back soon.

Good location, which is the only good point....rooms tiny and very basic, cheap furnishings and not a 4 star hotel. Beds very uncomfortable, foam mattress and worst night sleep ever!

Fresh well-appointed room with comfy bed, strong shower and large TV - though in the room we had, the sink is out in the middle of the room, not in a separate bathroom, so there is not a lot of privacy when showering (if this bothers you). Good pool and location close to the beach.

Tout est parfait . Très bien situé entre les planches de deauville et le centre ville. Personnel très sympathique et dévoué . Super bar pour manger des sushis fait par un chef ! Chambres et piscine très propres . Petit déjeuner servi au 5eme étage parfait . Le prix est un peu excessif pour une nuit avec petit déjeuner car ça n’est pas un 5 étoiles

Bel hôtel en front de mer rénové depuis peu. Espace jeu/détente (enfants) très bien agencé au rez de chaussée. Petit déjeuner agréable. Chambres un peu petite. Par contre, 20€ pour le parking est un prix un peu exagéré par rapport à d’autres hôtels du même type.
