“The hotel itself is great. The surrounding area is a little concerning. Not going to put blame on the hotel BUT there is a LARGE unhoused community behind the hotel. This is a city/government issue: lack of jobs, resources, housing, education, and etc.”

“We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and……

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

“This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. The room was fairly clean except some dust behind the lamp on the night stand and crumbs on the headboard behind the mattress. We checked out a day early due to being affected by the smoke smell. We did not complain right away due to being tired from a long drive and being limited funds and not wanting to find a……

“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“The hotel was okay, rooms are dirty and In need of improvement. Lots of trim/paint peeling off the walls and bed corners. Disappointing experience from the name Country Inn & Suites”

“Property and room were dirty. Had to change rooms immediately. Breakfast had ants on buffet. They only have one pool which splits into an outdoor and indoor area. People outside hotel were very sketchy.”

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”
