「The parking was convenient, staff at check in was very nice and the room carpet was updated. That's the best I can say. We booked here for the hot tub, but it wasn't working. Pool room was dilapidated. For both rooms, light switch to enter room didn't turn any lights on, so we had to enter a dark room alone (sister's room was on a different floor). 「Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. 「Absolutely wonderful, secluded little place to stay! I was a little worried with it being right next to Lowe’s, but I hardly noticed at all! And to be honest I didn’t even know there was a hotel back there! Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect little hidden getaway! Building was well maintained and super clean, very very quiet inside, lovely gas fire out on the patio. All in all an excellent stay!」

「The bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. The room was large and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The hotel is close to retail shopping and dining.」

「The hotel is nice enough.
The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there.
Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.」
