“Everything about the room was excellent, service at the front desk was great as well as the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast service was poor at best, only one waitress who was constantly apologizing for the slow service as she was alone, we ordered pancakes as they looked appetizing. Poor choice as they were uneatable. The waitress did remove them from our bill but not the point as we were then out of time and still hungry. Did not like the breakfast service.”

“I enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel and its historical touches. The food at the restaurant was excellent. My suggestion would be to have vending machines that use credit cards, as many people no longer carry cash. It was disappointing, when looking for an evening snack, to not be able to access them because I didn’t have cash on hand.”

“Check in staff member was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Halls and rooms are dark and it is an older building. We had a room with a pull out sofa. There were no sheets/ blankets however they brought some no problem but the blanket was just a thin fleece one which wasn’t great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t use it, needs to be replaced. Parking garage was great but a tad pricey. Breakfast was great! The banana muffins were delicious, lots of fresh……

“Staff were accommodating and most times quick response. Parking spot available. We were given wrong wifi password due to recent changes so that was a slight hiccup and not enough towels for 3 people as reserved for. That was taken care the next morning. Pull out couch for 3 rd person wasn’t prepared as in no linen for it. Then to discover it was an air mattress not reg mattress which deflated during the night which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping situation. Lane was amazing and did his……
