“This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna.
Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime,……

“Nice welcome, nice room and everything good, the pool area is excellent as usual, steam room had maintenance, so discount voucher given for next visit, very fair. Reception staff were very poly and helpful, rooms clean and good service. We ate in the bar a couple of times and again staff excellent and qualified food was superb.. another great stay.”

“Really lovely stay. Friendly and professional at reception. Room for family for four was perfect. Facilities wise we went to the Strike Shack for the driving range and bought 50 balls to play around with which was really fun and also visited the pool twice during our stay. Great to have the family swim times as felt comfortable to be amongst other parents and young children in the pool. Overall a really lovely stay.”
