Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. Home is perfect for family and pets! 3 levels allowed each family some privacy. Home was clean and spacious and easy to find. Home is beautiful! Plenty of parking. Susan was amazing, helpful and quick to respond.

Loved bearadise!

Great property, lots to do at the house and in the estates for all ages! Our favorite things were playing in the basement, swimming at the pool, paddle boats, fishing, wildlife watching, and the short hike to the sliding rocks/playing in the creeks. We loved being so close to Boone too. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Family Vacation

March get away with our grands

Beautiful home in the mountains. This home was spacious and super inviting. There was something for every age group. We enjoyed the gem mine that was recommended, went to Linville caverns and Linville Falls! Highly recommend this home!

Mountain Paradise

My family had a great time at this cabin. We had great scenery and ample room within the cabin. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. There is plenty of room to explore on the grounds and it is such a peaceful place. This was the perfect place to unwind during the holidays. The property manager was very attentive to any needs we had and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful house and great customer service

The house is beautiful and large with plenty of room for our group of 8. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the adults loved that the kids were downstairs! Everything was clean and comfy. We were even able to check in a little early when the weather was too cold to walk around town as planned!

Had to cancel due my wife's heart attack, after hospital stay and procedures she is back home and resting . Would have loved to fulfill out weekend plans there but things happen.

A Great Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was quite comfortable in Bearadise. The layout was perfect for 3 separate couples plus the twin bedroom for the 2 children. The house was quite clean and the furniture in the living area and the game room was very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, with the quality of the items better than you usually find in a rental. The outside area provided more yard room than typical for a mountain rental and the front porch sittin' was soooo nice. We loved the Powderhorn community. There is a fairly long gravel road to the house, but it is well maintained. We might have wished for the beds to be a tad more comfy (they seemed hard), but they were acceptable. The downstairs bathroom door does need a lock. Overall, this was a pretty impressive vacation rental and a great getaway for the family. Susan is a great hostess, providing information and details about the house and the area and its attractions. She really goes above and beyond the norm!

Plenty of room for everyone to relax, play games, do craft projects, or just share stories while rocking on the wonderful front porch. One person from our group doesn't do stairs well, but that just meant he got the bedroom and huge full bathroom on the main floor - and then had access to everything on that same floor to include the kitchen, living room, and even the front porch - perfect! The pictures don't fully show how private the house and yard truly are... it's a bit of a drive, but completely worth it to stay at this remote gem.

Love it!

Listen the pictures DO NOT do it Service! We headed up later than expected and ended up traveling in the dark… on the mountain gps stoped working and I got a signal for a hood 10 min and called Susan she was amazing nice, happy and kept me in a good place because I was freaking out lol. She came and got us and led us to our home for the weekend. She was in the middle of helping worriers fix a water line issue it was 9:00 pm at night one of the rooms lights didn’t work and I let her know that night she said she would come by and check it out. I told her no but she was willing and offered. The cabin is amazing and she e will definitely be back my kids loved it that bathtub in the master bed is …. Well check it out I promise you so em r be disappointed!

Lovely community

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nice and the bear decor was so cute! Susan was wonderful to work with and made our stay even better with tips on the best places to see in the community. We spent so much time at the creek after her recommendation to visit it! She definitely made it an extra special trip and is the sweetest!

Get away

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out and have your own time as well as several places for your group to gather. Easy check in and easy check out. Loved the labels in the kitchen, it saved a lot of time. Game room was a hit with the kids, nice to have some board game options as well. Information booklet very helpful. Upstairs king bed is super comfortable. Sitting on the front porch was very relaxing, even in the rain! A few drawbacks., no view of the mountains, location, 20+min away from nearest food, gas, etc.

Lovely mountain getaway

Very nice, well appointed house in a wonderful community. The access to community hiking trails, swimming holes and other ammenities was exceptional. Very gracious host who immediately sent someone out to fix an issue. We would definitely go back. While we had a small group, this house is well set up for multiple families.

Long weekend trip

This cabin was perfect for our needs, close to Boone and our teenagers enjoyed thier own space in the lower level game room. Susan, the manager went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed.
