「The ground floor room was clean except for an awful pet (dog) smell. I was told it was not a pet room but the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. They could not accommodate moving us to another room. They had housekeeping spray the room which helped somewhat but soon wore off. They did not make up our room after the 2nd night, so we had to get towels from reception. The reception staff were polite and tried to help.
