“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. ”

“I would go back again. Room was a bit dated and was carpeted ( not great for allergies), no makeup mirror and difficult to get close to the room mirror ( important if you can’t see well) but wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Very friendly staff, big pool area though it echoes loudly and is hard to tolerate. Some ?dirt/mould noted along window side of pool area, wear footwear. View from room was beautiful. We ate at the attached restaurant- would’ve been helpful if there was an in room menu to……

“Great location, we had a room with outside access which was great as we had a dog, the rooms were clean and comfortable and well maintained. No carper in the room was also nicer and cleaner.”

“I would absolutely not recommend this place for team travel. I was warned and went against my better judgement. We received countless texts, emails, and warnings for things our children didn't do. The villa's are clean, comfortable, and close to marble but absolutely do not come with teams, they will make your life miserable and put out of order posts on working elevators.”
